CR 100 ID card printer
 The Magicord RIO Grande is a RIO variant which prints a 1026x642 pixel size image in the centre of a larger format CR100 (98x67mm) card using standard LC1 S panel dye film.
This format is ideal for government, airports, conferences, sporting events - everywhere a larger format card is needed.
Dye Film Loading
The Rio and Tango use a new, improved method for loading and changing ribbons. Simple to change, drop-in dye-film loading means threading film is a thing of the past. In addition, the printers automatically detect which dye-film you have loaded and inform the PC driver You con just load and print. It couldn't be easier!
 Cleaning Kits
Most problems related to ID card printers are caused by dirt. Dye-sublimation printing is a sensitive process but, with regular maintenance, you will extend the life of the printer. A cleaning kit comprises of cleaning cards and a cleaning pen for the printhead. Replaceable tacky rollers clean the cards prior to printing.
Print Heads
There is no longer any need to call out an engineer when you need to fit a new printhead. Our easy-to-fit, simple field replaceable unit (single fastener and connector) means you'll be up and running again within minutes.
