The Datamax E-Class family is a lightweight, space-saving line of thermal printers designed with leading edge technology for a multitude of label and tag printing applications.

These printers are engineered for small size but packed with big features including an advanced 32-bit multi-tasking processor with two megabytes of memory, serial, parallel, and USB communication interfaces, and a three-button control panel. In addition, a full complement of industry standard linear bar codes as well as the complex two-dimensional symbologies such as MicroPDF417, Datamatrix, Maxicode, Aztec, and TLC39 are resident in the printer's memory.

E-Class Mark II Features

The newest generation of Datamax E-Class entry-level desktop printer is designated the E-Class Mark II. These new E-Class models take this very popular printer to a significantly higher level of performance, print quality and reliability to meet the broadest range of vertical application requirements. The E-Class Mark II is offered in two models: the E-4205e for 200 dpi, 5 ips requirements and the E-4304e which provides 300 DPI and 4 IPS. Both printers offer 5-inch roll diameter.

The compact E-Class Mark II printer family incorporates a state-of-the-art processor which provides the fastest label generation and print speed of any printer in its class and a throughput that is nearly 70% faster than previous E-Class models. The Mark II also offers the latest connectivity with new internal Ethernet and wireless Ethernet options, which makes it the ideal solution for a wide range of industries that increasingly rely on networking technology, including healthcare, manufacturing and retail.

E-4304e

The E-4304e, along with the rest of the E-Class Mark II product line, was designed for low to medium production environments, such as shipping, semi-automated manufacturing, laboratory, or pharmacy labelling applications. The E-4304e is a small, compact, thermal printer designed for a variety of on-demand printing applications requiring more definition than 203 DPI. The E-4304 can print a variety of labels ranging from shipping labels to manufacturing product identification labels. Moreover, with 300 DPI, the E-4304 can also print complex 2D barcode symbologies including PDF417, Datamatrix, MaxiCode, and QRCode.

Developed in response to customer requirements, the E-4304e includes all the features needed to make it a perfect choice for your high resolution, low to medium volume, durable labelling needs.
